We offer returns within 30 days of ordering. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please kindly email us with your order number and full name to begin the return process. Please note any return requests for orders placed after 30 days will not be accepted. Used or damaged product will not be accepted for a return/exchange. Customers are responsible for their return shipping cost unless defects occur to the products.
