Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Customer Special Orders, where we source products specifically per your request, may require additional processing time. We will communicate the estimated timeline for these orders directly with you.

Shipping Methods & Costs  and Estimated Delivery 

We offer several shipping options to suit your needs, ⚠️ please note that all orders will be shipped from Crafty Gifts warehouse in China, all tariffs and taxes are included in the shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for tracking information to update.
